Wedding Party - Ushers

	Arrive dressed at ceremony site 1 hour before the wedding for photographs.
	Usher designated guests to their seats per the written plan.
	Direct guests to the cocktails and reception site.
	Drive guests from parking lot to ceremony site in golf carts.

Special Responsibilities of Lead Usher

	Oversee all ushers' activities.
	Review the written plan (preview of plan: maintain equal number of guests in left and right pews if possible, seating chart for first few rows will be provided, ...).
	Inform other ushers of their responsibilities and make sure all guests are seated appropriately.
	Coordinate the rolling of the runner.
	Usher bride's mother down the aisle during ceremony.
	Usher bride's mother back up the aisle from the ceremony.

Special Responsibilities of Junior Usher

	Usher groom's mother down the aisle during ceremony.
	Don't drive the golf carts.
